FAQs

Plymouth questions

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — please book online before you travel. Sessions fill up quickly, especially at weekends and in the school holidays.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and trainers. Closed-toe shoes only — no sandals, flip flops, crocs, boots, heels or climbing shoes in the arena.

Long hair must be tied back, and loose jewellery, hats and hoods removed before climbing.

Are there weight limits?

Climbers must weigh at least 10kg and no more than 150kg so that our auto belays and Belay Mate work safely.

Do spectators need a ticket?

No. If you are only watching, there is nothing to pay.
